• The Jeep Trackhawk Intake Duct Shroud is a custom‑made product proudly crafted in Texas. Each piece is made to order within 1–3 business days and ships via ground unless otherwise specified. This shroud was engineered using a precise 3D scan of the factory closed shroud to ensure the best possible fitment while improving airflow to your engine bay.

***Keep in mind that this is a 3D‑printed product. Although engineering‑grade filament is used and layer lines are minimal, some minor surface variations may still be present. These can be sanded or finished at your own discretion and risk.

Fitment & Description

• Direct replacement for the factory shroud located next to the driver‑side headlight

Material: 

• PA6‑CF10 — a high‑performance engineering thermoplastic (Nylon 6 reinforced with 10% carbon fiber). Lightweight, flexible, chemically resistant, and heat‑resistant to 180°C–215°C

No additional hardware required — all factory clips are reused

Installation Notes

• Remove the factory clips from your original shroud
• Gently install the new shroud and secure it using the same factory clips
